Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped along with tracking information.

Domestic Delivery Estimates

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier-2 cities and towns: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

International Shipping

We ship to over 20 countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Singapore. International delivery typically takes 10–14 business days depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures, and local postal services. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹2999. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the order.

Order Tracking

We ship to all pin codes across India. For international orders, we currently serve the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and select European countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
